Abstract:	自2007 年以來，大陸臺資企業面臨物價上漲、人民幣升值、新勞動法實施，導致成本上揚壓力，有臺商選擇西進，有選擇南下，有開始回流臺灣。1 然企業的經營除了本業外，其背後還尚需有銀行的支持，方能使財務槓桿操作達到最大效益，尤其在法律制度未臻完善的大陸地區，面對時常變動的法令，臺商企業需投入更多的成本，若缺乏足夠的周轉金，將使企業經營陷入不安定的狀態，進而影響企業遠的發展。本文以臺商企業赴大陸地區投資時，所面臨融資困境，及其常用的融資方式的角度切入，探討並整理所涉及兩岸相關融資法制，並加以分析，期許兩岸能擱置政治爭議，共同為臺商企業融資困難找到出口，為兩岸經貿及投資奠定更好的投資經營基礎。
