    Abstract: 《禮記‧月令》的成書時代及來源問題向來眾說紛紜，漢代頗盛行成於周初的周公之手說，東漢名儒馬融、蔡邕等人皆持此說。不過同時的鄭玄卻從《月令》「官名、時、事不合周法」等處進行論證，發現《月令》根本是「秦世之書」，且其來源係「本《呂氏春秋‧十二紀》之首章也。」從而推翻《月令》為周公所作之說。儘管鄭玄的考辨頗為精密，而且他的若干結論也被後世許多學者所採用。但在經過重新考察他所提出的證據及其所進行的論證過程之後，卻發現鄭玄的考辨存在著若干瑕疵，不足以充分支持他所得出來的論斷。因此他所主張的《月令》為秦世之書及來源於《呂氏春秋‧十二紀首》這些判斷似乎都還仍存在著進一步商榷的空間。
