    Abstract: 安侯建業聯合會計師事務所歷經3次主要的合併，並在大環境的變化及重要事件的衝擊下，興起了變革，逐漸形成事務所公開、透明的企業文化。安侯建業所形成的企業文化就如同事務所的根基，在這根基上，吸引對的人才加入，並積極投資，彼此交相運用，創造出以審計、稅務、顧問諮詢及法律為主幹的核心服務，進而衍生出各項的服務內容。以此觀之，企業核心能力的發展與建立，不易以系統性的方式或簡單的以幾句話形容。有時侯，核心資源或能力的取得雖然純粹是運氣（Simply luck）的開始，但若能善用此運氣並將其效益擴大，增加路徑依賴的程度（path dependence）、擴大合作聯盟（social complexity），則企業的核心能力愈有機會被發展與建立，並形成持續的競爭優勢。
