Abstract:	本計劃以「感生與化生：上中古神話中的神女生命敘事及其象徵考察」為專題進行研究。例來學界對於「感生」神話研究大都重視感生之客體研究，或置於聖王聖人神話敘事之脈絡的進行探討，強調「聖人感生」之神聖意涵，或是將聖人之「感生」與兩漢政治、經學思想、讖諱思想進行分析，已有豐富的成果。然感生之「感」的主體以及「化生」之「化」的主體：「神女」，也即以神女為主體的研究，卻未有系統之研究論述，因此本計劃主要以上中古神話敘事中具有神聖性與神異性的「神女」為研究對象，在現存上中古文獻記載中以「感生」與「化生」兩類「生」的相關敘事進行探討。梳理上中古神話中「神女」生命敘事類型，以及在不同時代、不同文本中的發展與變化，比較不同文本或異文中，神女敘事的差異、神女敘事行動功能與象徵，藉由敘事母題（motif）與功能(function)的研究視角，探究上中古神女在相關感生與化生的敘事中，神女敘事的功能、結構類型與發展變化，以及在這些生命敘事中所蘊涵的生命觀與宇宙思維。
