Title:	聯貸市場與產業審計專家：初級與次級市場的證據

Abstract:	資訊不對稱對於債務契約的影響,長期以來為會計與財務學者關注的焦點。過去二十年來, 聯貸融資的市場已經成為世界各國上市公司融資的重要來源之一。聯貸市場包括初次發行的初級市場，以及該貸款再予以賣出的次級市場。資訊不對稱對於初級市場的貸款條件的影響，以及該貸款是否要在次級市場出售、該按照何種價格買賣，為一個有趣且重要的議題。本計畫探討產業審計專家對這些議題的影響。由於我國需要由兩位會計師與事務所同時在查帳報告中簽證，而美國僅需由事務所簽證，因此本計畫重點放在合夥人層級與公司層級產業專家對於聯貸(初級與次級)市場的影響。詳言之，本計畫第一部分探討產業審計專家(合夥人層級與公司層級)對於初級市場的貸款條件(包括價格與非價格條件)，是否會產生影響；其此再探討產業審計專家是否會影響到＂契約盈餘＂偏離GAAP 盈餘的可能性。本計畫第二部分則探討產業審計專家(合夥人層級與公司層級)是否會影響到初級市場的貸款在次級市場銷售的可能性, 以及此時再銷售時的買賣價差。最後，則探討審計產業專家對聯貸市場的影響，究竟是來自於合夥人層級、事務所層級、或是二者聯合的影響。
