Title:	內生化工會力量與委外代工威脅下，國際委外代工對談判工資的影響

Abstract:	視工會力量為外生的情況下，過去文獻大都認為廠商國際委外代工的比例與談判工資之間存在負向關係，亦即廠商國際委外代工的比例越高，談判工資就越低。然而 Lommerud et al. (2009)一文的理論推導結果卻有別於過去文獻的結果，認為兩者之間存在正向關係。事實上，工會力量會受到國際委外代工所影響。根據 Dumont et al. (2006) 之實證結果得知，國際委外代工會弱化工會力量。本研究計畫之主要目的在於將 Dumont et al. (2006)之實證結果引入 Lommerud et al. (2009)一文的理論模型中，將工會力量加以內生化，來探討國際委外代工對談判工資的影響。除此之外，由於廠商與工會之間的工資談判是本文的重點，談判過程中雙方相互威脅的程度往往會影響談判工資的最後結果，故本研究計畫也嘗試將廠商的威脅加以內生化，亦即將廠商可能把工作全部委外至他國代工的威脅引入模型中。經由理論模型的設立與推導，本研究計畫嘗試證明廠商把工作全部委外至他國代工的威脅將會弱化工會的力量。此外，將工會力量與廠商威脅視為內生時，Lommerud et al. (2009)的正向關係將會受到影響。最後，本文將進一步分析本國與外國生產技術提升對廠商威脅與工會力量的影響。
