Title:	舞蹈治療對自閉症兒童的動勢心理介入研究

Abstract:	自閉症兒童的核心發展障礙為共享式注意力（joint attention）匱乏，共享式注意力障礙的根源可能更來自於雙人互動關係（dyadic relation）的發展不足。舞蹈治療的強項之一是以身體介入的方式來開展人際互動能力。過往的舞蹈治療文獻雖都討論對自閉症兒童的舞蹈治療成效，但鮮少以嚴謹的研究方法進行自閉症舞蹈治療的實徵研究。本研究將以兩年，以單一受試者研究法中的跨受試多基準設計，以及研究者自行開發的動勢擷取介入模式，對 9 名生理年齡在 2-4 歲間的自閉症兒童（3 名高功能自閉症兒童、3 名中功能自閉症兒童及 3 名低功能自閉症兒童）進行舞蹈治療研究。第一年以 3 位高功能自閉症為對象，第二年則以 3 名中功能自閉症兒童及 3 位低功能自閉症為對象。每位自閉症兒童皆個別接受並完成本研究者的舞蹈治療介入訓練。介入期間分為基準期、處理期及維持期，並分別接受 3個月的追蹤。成效評估上，在介入期間主要是以自閉症兒童與研究者之間的情緒諧調（affect attunement）能力中的同步參與為測量指標。介入前後及追蹤期間則加入共享式注意力、眼光注視、口語/語音主動性等測量。預期這項研究能增加舞蹈治療對自閉症兒童人際能力改變可行性的認識，並對學術及臨床實務工作提出應有的價值與貢獻。
