Abstract:	本文探究中國檔案教育發軔,在武昌文華圖書專科學校設立檔案相關課程,以及國民政府于1930年代展開文書改革運動的推波助瀾下,開啟中國檔案教育的開端。還就國民政府遷臺前與遷臺后的檔案教育發展概況分述概要,并依目前檔案教育發展現況,與檔案實務人力需要,提出相關建議,供有關單位參考。
