    Title: 陳國琛與戰后初期臺灣文書改革

    Abstract: 二戰結束,國民政府為順利接收臺灣,委由臺灣省行政長官公署負責臺灣各項業務之接收與后續管理事宜,為提升行政效率,長官公署于1946年5月進行內部職務調整,其時適逢陳國琛先生《文書之簡化與管理》在臺付梓,行政長官陳儀有鑒于臺灣當下文書相關問題繁眾,轉委由先生針對文書管理作業進行系統性地改革,因而開啟其與臺灣文書檔案管理不解之緣。本文針對戰后臺灣文書管理系統之斷裂與重建進行論述,希冀能夠深入探討陳國琛先生對于臺灣文書管理與檔案事業發展之貢獻,以作為日后相關研究之參考與基礎。
