Abstract:	以區域創新系統理論為基礎,考察了區域的差異、企業創新與企業價值的關系。研究結果表明:(1)創新能力愈強的區域對企業的創新活動不僅表現出激勵效應,在企業創新投入與創新產出的效率中還發揮出增量效果;(2)企業創新活動雖然對提升企業價值具有明顯的促進效應,但會受到企業所在區域市場化程度的調節影響,市場化程度愈高、法律及中介組織愈完善的地區,區域內企業技術創新的成果對提升企業價值產生的增進效應越顯著。
