    Abstract: 清宮西藥德里鴉噶是外來語滿文音譯藥名,為底野迦的同音異譯。歷代本草書與方書將底野迦形塑成"主百病"的萬能靈藥。惟底野迦一詞在清初已不見于官方典籍與民間醫書,及至康熙年間,始以德里鴉噶的譯名再現于史籍之中。然而,在康熙朝清宮醫案的論述中,德里鴉噶已不再是萬能靈藥,其中有不少因該藥無效而更改藥方或停止服用的案例。本文旨在探討德里鴉噶在清初的再現與式微,嘗試利用清宮所藏滿文《西洋藥書》、康熙朝滿漢文朱批奏折與筆記文集,從德里鴉噶的源由、傳入宮廷的途徑及其在清宮的實際運用等面向切入分析。希望通過上述討論,進一步析論中外醫藥文化交流、清代宮廷用藥逐漸中西并用的趨勢,以及統治者在宮廷西藥運用過程中的掌控與支配狀況。
