    Title: 女性乳癌治療方式成效分析

    Abstract: 根據財團法人台灣癌症基金會指出，台灣每年每十萬人的女性之中就有52位新增的乳癌病患，是台灣女性發生率最高的癌症疾病。但由於近年來政府持續大力推廣乳癌篩檢，故乳癌是在所有癌症中早期發現比例最高的。除了手術治療、放射線治療外，荷爾蒙藥物與化療藥物對延長乳癌患者的生存期來說都是很重要的治療方式。
    本研究使用中央健康保險局委託國家衛生研究院於2007年發行的2005承保抽樣歸人檔(LHID2005)，串聯其中R205~R209五組共二十萬人的承保資料檔與所有門診紀錄，從門診紀錄中篩選出2005~2009年的乳癌病患。之後根據不同診斷欄位判斷出每位病患在荷爾蒙藥物、化療藥物、手術、放射線等四種治療中所選擇的治療組合，以將病患分類。最後追蹤2005年當年的乳癌病患，持續觀察他們在未來幾年中所選擇之治療方式改變的狀況，並以承保資料檔中的退保別判斷病患的治療成效，再以各種治療組合的人數與所佔比例計算出退保(死亡)率，希望能做為以後乳癌病患在選擇治療方式上的參考依據。
