    Abstract: 本文主要分析《黃老帛書》中天道及治道思想,同時對比《系辭傳》,指出兩者相似之處。在天道觀上,兩者都強調天地人協調合作,并須遵循陰陽之道。在治道觀上,兩者均取推天道以明人事的思維取象。至于《黃老帛書》為實現治道所提出的執六柄與審三名的治術,在《系辭傳》中亦不乏相應思想。相比之下,在有形的法度規范上,《系辭傳》法治意識較《黃老帛書》為薄弱。
