    Abstract: 當高科技產業逐漸變成傳統產業,產業思維逐漸轉向人文生活科技的思考,以人為主體的思維取代過去以科學研發與技術生產為核心的思維,轉而走向一種以顧客為核心的產業創新系統之際,產業創新研究也必須響應此一實務趨勢。本研究認為強調科技研發不等于產業創新,也不等于經濟獲利,創新不只是科技,而是社會、文化、生活與技術的結合;既有產業價值鏈必須建構在社會使用的基礎上,該創新價值鏈始于社會生活脈絡分析、產業技術預測、技術開發,終于顧客服務;如能適當連結此一創新價值鏈,產業創新便得以持續進行,亦能獲得高附加價值的產出與經濟效益;企業或產業參與者應該思考的是如何將鑲嵌在生活脈絡中社會"使用"的社會價值轉化為經濟商品"消費"的經濟效益,而政府則應該反過來思考如何將企業經濟效益轉化為社會使用的價值。
