Abstract:	一般來說,婦女無論在家勞動還是在外勞動都屬勞動范圍,也就是說,無論婦女在家或在外工作,都是生產范圍內的勞動。只是從經濟方面看,前者屬“無償勞動”,后者為“有償勞動”。對婦女勞動人口而言,選擇“有償勞動”并不表示必須對“無償勞動”加以放棄,只是投入“無償勞動”的時間比例會因“有償勞動”的參與而相對地受到影響。對“無償勞動”的選擇也是一樣。婦女在個人的時間和體力受到限制的條件下,對于“有償勞動”或“無償勞動”的選擇,必然是擇其一而影響另一項的勞動投入。
