    Abstract: 面對廿一世紀指數成長的世紀，需以整體全觀思惟面對全球困境，本文旨在探詢社會結構流動的源頭活水暨組織失靈與跨組織整合協作之趨勢。廿一世紀是能量場流擅場時代，生命的能量場成為個人與組織生命轉化關注的焦點，透過人類集體對話與集體智慧能量場的整全展現，個人與組織的生命共時躍昇，得以成就非凡無限的大事業。本文將詳述複合創生歷程CGP模式的源流、創思背景及其基本要素與結構，並作為融通坎伯英雄之旅諸般生命轉化歷程之原型。本研究主要融合世界咖啡館之對析與質性研究的深度晤談法，並以本文第一作者過去多年所發展之CGP模式，詮釋EIP社群領導人之生命整全歷程發展和社群學習課程設計之轉化。 本文發現複合創生歷程模式較易於描述社群領導人之個體與社群能量場累積、消退、增長、躍升與轉化之能量流動，而坎伯英雄之旅則強調整全發展之重要轉化關鍵點，從坎伯英雄之旅皆可清楚說明。本文最後再簡介廿年所研究發展之整全無限理論(WIT)統合二者之差異，並做為未來在此議題向度研究的新途徑。
