Title:	橫幅廣告類型與等待時間資訊對網路使用者等待時間知覺之影響--以旅遊網站為例

Abstract:	研究結果顯示，當旅遊網站提供「等待時間資訊」或「多變性橫幅廣告」、或「橫幅廣告內容與網站性質高相關」時、皆能有效地降低網路使用者的等待時間知覺。本文亦進一步驗證得知，「等待時間資訊(有告知與無告知)」與「網站性質與橫幅廣告內容相關程度(高相關與低相關)」二變數之間，及「等待時間資訊(有告知與無告知)」與「重複的橫幅廣告(單一性與多變性)」二變數之間，它們分別存在著可以影響網路使用者等待時間知覺的交互作用。
