Abstract:	家長式領導的概念及三元模式自從提出以來，針對模式的建構效度、區辨效度、內部效度、效標關聯效度、預測效度，及其中的心理歷程以及脈絡環境，都進行了不少的實徵考察，也累積了相當豐碩的研究成果，甚至有了後設分析（meta-analysis）的探討（Gao, Yang, & Chiang, 2012）。同時，除了華人社會的本土性探討之外，亦激起了全球其他國家與社會的熱烈迴響。從構念演化與理論建構的過程而言，顯示家長式領導不但已取得研究的正當性，也獲得當代領導研究社群的重視（Gelfand, Erez, & Aycan, 2007），成功扭轉了歐美主流研究對家長權威與領導關係的負面想法與偏頗印象（Pellegrini & Scandura, 2008），並填補了過去華人文化，甚至其他重視家庭價值文化之領導研究的空白（鄭伯壎，2013）。
