    Abstract: 當技術的演進造成電信業務端有更多的新創服務出現，尤其數位匯流的成熟更是造成電信服務不僅僅是局限在語音服務，更多的加值服務的出現，如何利用組合產品銷售在競爭的環境內勝出，本研究藉由深度訪談及個案分析，探討產品組合銷售上需具備的能力及個案公司的資訊系統設計，期望利用台灣電信市場的複雜競爭環境累積的商業行銷知識，做為資訊系統的後援，設計出適用於全球電信市場的資訊系統並可以成為台灣電信業參考的架構。
