    Abstract: 台灣連接器產業近幾年遭遇大陸紅色供應鏈的強力競爭,再加上主軸商品市場的衰退的窘況,以致業者必須尋求其他方向或層次發展,而促進業者積極投入改變。因此,我國連接器業者無不積極投入轉型發展。有鑑於此,我國連接器業者如何轉型發展以因應陸廠產品強力競爭與主軸商品銷售衰退的窘況,而建立推動的策略與模式,進而利於我國連接器業者整體績效的提昇,即是本研究的主軸。
    所以,本研究不僅針對連接器產業與轉形發展策略進行文獻探討,並從個案公司營運現況、產業結構、變化趨勢等三方向進行分析,以其萃取其重要的關鍵要素,而期益於個案公司建立轉型發展。除此,本研究亦期經由本個案研究,可供學術探討與企業實務相關的參考,而利於連接器業者與相關產業轉形發展策略領域之研究。
