    Abstract: 本文以臺灣畫家陳澄波（1895-1947）的「送役圖」（1944）與「慶祝日」（1946）兩幅作品為例，討論臺灣人由日本帝國殖民統治回歸中華民國統治，在文化上面臨的自我認同困境。一方面，藉此反省臺灣人在殖民／反殖民、統治／被統治雙元架構下所遭遇的政治、法律問題，另方面，希望有助於世界各地華人，理解臺灣的歷史、文化、社會與法律的互動。
