Abstract:	近年來我國經濟迅速發展，工商企業規模日益龐大，其對短期資金融通的需求倍加殷切，既有的金融體系已漸感不敷實際需要，因此建立貨幣市場不僅是工商企業界的急切呼顱，同時也成為政府財政金融施政的中心工作。貨幣市場的建立可便利工商企業界獲得短期資金的融通，每一個國家都希望建立這個制度，但目前具備健全貨幣市場的國家為數並不多，可見貨幣市場的建立，並不只是政府的政策推行問題，而是需要長時期的培養。本文即將以美國貨幣市場為例，討論貨幣市場的功能，並對建立貨幣市場的各項問題加以分析討論，以尋求我國貨幣市場建立的過程中一些需要努力的目標。
