| Abstract: | 近年來由於消費者行為及行銷環境隨著電腦通訊科技的發展而有重大的改變，其中又以網際網路的應用對兩者的影響尤其顯著；過去的行銷活動及消費者行為均在實體環境中進行，而網際網路創造了虛擬的交易環境；過去所依賴的通路似乎在彈指間被取代了，而過去賴以經營的顧客關係是否已不再重要了？關係行銷在網路的虛擬環境中是否仍然適用或是更重要，其執行是否更困難或更容易呢？這是一個值得探討的問題。 |
