    Abstract: 電子商務的發展與未來潛力吸引了全球的目光，大家均認為這將是21世紀最重要的經濟發展之一，亦被譽為是本世紀最後的一塊金礦。然而，由於網際網路與電子商務的諸多特性，使得現行適用於傳統交易方式的稅務行政體系、加值稅制度、國際租稅原則，將遭受某種程度的衝擊。
