    Title: 臺灣地區「不同產業與不同行業」之名目薪資與實質薪資變動對所得分配不均之影響

    Abstract: 目前國內關於所得分配不平均的實證研究，未見有人探討貨幣幻覺（Money Illusion）與所得不平均之間的關係。因此，本文的研究目的有三：第一，探討臺灣地區從民國62年迄今，在三種產業與三十一種行業的勞動市場上，勞力供給者的整體就業行為，是否出現貨幣幻覺的現象。第二，探討臺灣地區從民國62年迄今，在三種產業與三十一種行業的勞動市場上，名目（貨幣）薪資變動與實質薪資變動，分別對所得分配不平均的影響情形。第三，臺灣地區在民國62年迄今的這段分析期間，曾出現和未出現貨幣幻覺的行產業，對於所得分配平均化的影響，是利多於弊或弊多於利，以及吾人該如何來解釋貨幣幻覺與所得分配不平均之間的關係。為探討以上的研究問題，本文嘗試從社會分化論、勞動市場論、與工資理論之中推縯出若干相關概念，作為本文的研究變項，再提出若干研究假設，進行實證分析。本文係採取宏觀層次的分析，在研究方法上選擇次級資料（官方文獻資料）分析法。
