    Title: 財政支出、匯率與利率－台灣的實證研究

    Abstract: 台灣在1987年7月以後進入一全新的管理浮動匯率階段，經濟社會除面臨央行放寬債券買賣與投資外國證券的管制，且同時政府支出呈現數倍成長的情形，因此本文建立一探討管理浮匯率的資產選擇模型，將政府預算限制式納入，分析財政支出政策、本國信用政策對匯率與利率的影響效果，並進行實證分析。而在實證方法上，過去相關實證文獻皆採取傳統分析定態數列的計量方法，未能以計量理論近來所發展的共積方法，解決總體經濟時間數列普通存在的非定態（Non-Stationary）性質，有鑑於此，本文的實證方法即採用Johansen的共積方法。本文研究結果得到：
