Title:	我國國立大學校務基金績效評估之研究

Abstract:	本研究旨在運用績效評估的概念，從大學財務績效的觀點探討我國國立大學實施校務基金之績效。目的有五：一?評估國立大學校務基金之實際績效﹔二?探討國立大學校務基金實際績效與預期目標之差異﹔三?探討國立大學校務基金達成目標之策略﹔四?探討國立大學校務基金對國立大學之影響﹔五?基於研究結果，對國立大學校務基金之實施擬訂具體建議，以供教育行政機關釐定政策之參考。國立大學校務基金之實施是資源緊縮與大學自主下之必然趨勢，必須在達成大學組織目標的前提下，同時達成校務基金的財務政策目標，其運作之結果對高等教育影響甚巨。因此，國立大學校務基金之績效評估，實為一項非常迫切需要之課題。
