Abstract:	本文以近代管理思想發展過程為重心，就管理學的學與術二者演進情況，作一扼要敘說。並加以分析，藉就學與術何者重要，一陳管見。管理學研究的範疇，著重于「未來」，談到管理學與管理技術，也免不了談到對這門學術未來發展情況的臆測。本文中，因而免不了有一些推想，對這種廣泛的問題作預測，其正確性是尚待證實的。著者誠懇的企盼，這篇短短文字能使從事于管理工作的人仕們，不要輕視學，更不必忽略術，知識領域浩瀚無疆，學與術二者雖然一者較廣泛，一者較專精，但是二者必須相輔相成，過份重視學，會使研究者與現實脫離。過份重于術，會使我們的管理知識停滯而無法求改進。
