Title:	成人學習活動參與者、非參與者在參與障礙、教育態度之比較研究－以國立空中大學為例

Abstract:	本研究旨在探討成人學習活動參與者、非參與者在參與障礙、教育態度上的差異情形。研究範圍係以獲取空中大學畢業資格的「學位」課程為主；研究樣本包括空中大學學習活動參與者７７３人及非參與者８０７人，共１５８０人；本研究方法除採理論分析外，另以問卷調查進行實證性的探究，研究工具為「成人學習活動參與量表」，主要包括三部分：其一，基本資料；其二，成人參與障礙量表；其三，成人繼續教育態度量表。
