Title:	我國兵家之管理思想－策略形成與執行

Abstract:	我國兵學自春秋戰國時期由貴族流散於民間，群雄為爭霸圖存而使兵學盛極一時，成為專門之學。傳世兵書以宋元豐年間所頒武教學教材，孫子、吳子、司馬法、唐太宗李衛公問對、尉繚子、三略、六韜之武經七書為兵家思想代表作。本論文以武經七書為主要研究對象，從現代管理之觀念剖析其戰略規劃、執行與控制思想。並導出兵家思想之現代管理及建立中國式管理之涵義。全文分九章共壹拾柒萬字。第一章，敘明研究背景、目的架構、方法與限制。第二章，析論兵學與管理學、兵家與兵書之關係，並確認武經七書為兵家思想之核心。第三、四章分析兵家之策略規劃過程與原則。第五、六章分析兵家戰略執行與控制，組織、用人、領導、統御皆為重點。第七、八章，從所分析歸納之兵家管理思想提出現代管理之涵義。第九章總結本研究之結果。
