Title:	離婚效果中財產給付制度之研究

Abstract:	近代之離婚制度，乃十六世紀以來，個人主義及自由主義倡行下之產物。基於夫妻實質平等關係之實踐，離婚自由原則之確保，並為減輕社會救貧之負擔，各國均就離婚效果中，設有財產給付之制度。而分別由贍養費之給付、損害賠償責任之負擔及夫妻財產之清算，三分面予以規範。
