Abstract:	本研究將建立一個賽局理論模型，探討匯率不確定性情況下廠商進入海外市場之模式的抉擇。本研究的主要特色在於理論模型中考慮了匯率不確定性、研發競爭以及產業內廠商之異質性。理論分析方面，本研究探討的重點在於分析同一產業之不同廠商以及不同產業之廠商間在策略抉擇上之差異。實證分析方面，本研究將運用台灣上市上櫃公司的追蹤資料進行經濟計量分析，以驗證本研究之理論架構的預測能力。 This study will develop a game-theoretical model to investigate firms’ choices over entry modes of foreign expansion when they face exchange rate uncertainty. The distinct feature of this study is that exchange rate uncertainty, R&D competition, and intra-industry firm heterogeneity are incorporated into our theoretical framework. In the theoretical part, our focus is on examining the strategic differences between firms within the same industry as well as the differences between firms among different industries. In the empirical part, panel data on the listed companies in Taiwan’s stock market will be employed to test the validity of our theoretical prediction.
