Title:	解構女性職場「優勢」的迷思---父權與資本的共謀及鬥爭

Abstract:	本論文在探討父權與資本主義社會下，「女性職場優勢」之迷思與陷阱，研究者以社會主義之女性主義的精神為基礎，以工業革命以來，父權與資本主義的共謀與鬥爭為背景，做為分析女性職場處境的重要依據。此外，並以性別組織理論，來進一步對女性職場處境做剖析。基於上述的理論背景，研究者所歸納出來的「女性職場優勢」，都並非真正的優勢，而是在父權資本主義社會下的虛假優勢，這些「優勢」迷思成為打擊職場兩性平等的一股阻力，因為在研究者的研究架構中，女性在未達到「平等」前，何來「優勢」可言？
