    Title: 連鎖體系總部與直營店和加盟店之間的知識移轉與經營型態選擇

    Abstract: 關於連鎖體系選擇直營或加盟經營型態的研究,目前主要為資源限制理論及代理成本理論兩派,目前知識管理為現在管理領域重要的發展議題之一,因此本研究嘗試以知識管理的角度來看連鎖體系的經營模式,探討知識移轉的難易程度與經營型態選擇之間的關聯。研究目的包括:1.探討連鎖體系知識整合與創造的過程,並分析其中所包含的運作機制。2.探討連鎖體系總部對旗下直營店與加盟店之間知識移轉的過程,並分析影響移轉過程成功與否的因素。3.探討知識移轉的複雜與難易程度,是否會影響連鎖體系經營型態的選擇。4.探討知識的蓄積方式與連鎖體系經營型態的選擇之間的關聯。
