    Title: 動態隨機一般均衡架構在台灣貨幣政策制定上之應用

    Abstract: 本計畫將參考各國央行所使用之小型開放經濟 DSGE 模型來建構一適於台灣經濟結構的小型開放 DSGE 模型。 基於台灣的經濟現況，我們所欲建構的模型與進行的分析如下： (I)模型設定： 1.參考 Kollmann (2002) 與 Smets and Wouters (2003) 的模型設定建立一個包含家計單位、廠商、銀行與政府部門的小型開放經濟 DSGE 模型。 2.其中，生產部門的設定預計包括以下幾個特質： (i)廠商的生產將包括中間財 (intermediate goods) 與最終財 (final goods)。 (ii)我們亦將考慮廠商的異質性，特別是其定價策略的差異。相較於歐美國家的出口廠商多以本國貨幣（美元或歐元）報價，台灣商品出口則多以外國貨幣 (美元) 報價。因此，在此模型中，我們將會設定兩種採取不同定價方式的出口商，一為採取生產者貨幣(台幣)定價，另一則採取當地貨幣(美元或歐元)定價。出口商對出口品所採取的定價策略對於最適貨幣政策的決定具有相當的影響 (Devereux and Engel, 2003)。 (iii)廠商的投資具有調整成本。 (iv)廠商的投資與生產投入成本需要向銀行進行融資借貸，貨幣政策的施行因而具有信用傳遞機制 (credit channel) 的效果。 3.設定台灣經濟所會面臨的國內與國外的衝擊 (包含實質面與金融面的衝擊)。 4.以台灣央行目前所採行的釘住 M2 成長率法則來進行貨幣政策的設定。其中， M2 成長率可對通貨膨脹率、產出缺口與資產價格做出反應。我們亦會將此貨幣成長率法則與其他利率法則下的總體經濟表現與福利水準進行比較。
