Abstract:	台灣證券信託事業自民國72年，最早開放的四家投信公司，至民國87年底，市場上已有27家投信公司，發行的基金資產總額也從民國72年的736億元，成長到民國87年的7,459億元。目前，台灣由外資設立的投信公司有怡富、友邦二家，未來將再陸續開放彰銀喬治亞、花旗投信成立。本研究的研究動機，便是以國內外投信公司旗下發行的基金，就其績效做一番評比，以做為投資人的決策參考依據。
