Abstract:	Dalton 移轉原則的要旨，為在不改變原有排序的情形下，可藉由高所得者移轉給低所得者來改善社會分配狀況。該原則雖為 Dalton(1920)七十多年前提出的概念，但在今日我們才逐漸發覺它的價值。在其相關的討論中，Mayshar 與 Yitzhaki(1995)的 Dalton 改善間接接稅異動模型具有相當的貢獻，因為該模型成功地採用 Dalton 移轉原則於間接稅異動的探討中，而避免了社會福利水準難以衡量的難處。
