Abstract:	人力資源的訓練與發展已成為近來企業提升競爭力的重要關鍵，許多企業組織紛紛建立自身之人力培訓系統與制度。而在企業人力發展體系中，教育訓練、員工職業生涯發展、與勞資關係三者之間，存在著互動影響與配合之關係。本研究旨在探討這三者之間的關聯性及互動狀況，並以電子製造業個案進行深度訪談，進而瞭解國內製造業辦理教育訓練、員工生涯發展的實際現象、員工參與之概況，勞資雙方對於人力培訓、員工職業生涯的態度、參與程度及作法。最後並提出研究結論與具體建議，提供企業界及相關單位參考。
