Abstract:	勞工失業問題存在於任何的經濟體制中，勞工失業後所面臨最大的問題是薪資所得中斷，造成經濟生活的不安定，因而形成了政治問題、經濟問題及社會問題。因此，各國政府為解決勞工失業問題採取了一連串的措施，在經濟措施方面，政府可能採取擴張性的貨幣政策或財政政策，來擴大市場需求，增加就業機會，降低勞工的失業率。在社會政策方面，政府採取失業保險、各項的失業輔助措施、就業服務及職業訓練等措施，其目的在保障失業勞工的經濟安全及促使失業勞工能早日再度進入就業市場。
