Title:	金融預警制度之研究--以本國一般銀行為例

Abstract:	近年來，政府為發展台灣成為亞太金融中心，積極推動金融自由化、國際化的措施，使得銀行的經營環境為之丕變。十六家新民營銀行的核准設立，對我國金融自由化的歷程來說，是一大里程埤。惟新銀行之設立絕不可危害金融秩序，造成集團企業經濟勢力擴張，銀行的金融資本淪為其股東關係企業的產業資本。近年來，國內外陸續發生了多起金融風暴，造成國內經濟體系的動盪與不安。因此如何建立一套經常性評估銀行經營狀況變化的預警系統，實為當前強調推動金融自由化與維護金融紀律的同時，應密切注意的課題。本論文試圖衡量台灣地區本國銀行的經營績效，並藉由多變量統計方法之應用，來建立一套具客觀性之銀行預警系統，俾能及早發現並導正其營運缺失，以健全銀行業務之發展。
