Abstract:	工資為大多數勞工賴以生存的經濟基礎，且由於勞動關係中從屬特性，工資較諸其他勞動條件具有更高保護的必要性。為了保障生產力較低的邊際勞工生活水準，許多國家紛紛制定最低工資相關法令；同樣地，我國也有基本工資制度以保障我國勞工的基本生活水準與維持社會公平正義。此外，基本工資制度對勞工就業所產生的衝擊，也逐漸引起勞工與社會大眾的關切，成為勞工問題中相當重要的課題，值得深入研究。因此，本研究旨在探討我國基本工資制度作為勞工收入下限的有效性及其對勞工就業的影響。
