題名:	最適出口補貼及研發補貼政策：時序內生及政策內生之探討

摘要:	本文結合新國際貿易理論以及產業經濟的觀點，突顯在不完全競爭市場結構下，透過本國及外國政府之間的策略性貿易政策(strategic trade policy)互動，以及本國及外國廠商之間的Cournot競爭行為，來影響兩國人民的福利水準。主要以Brander and Spencer(1983,1985)的模型為基礎，加入Collic(1994)政策實施時序內生的概念，以及本文所提政策內生之構想，建構多階段子賽局完全均衡模型(multi-stage subgame perfeet equilibrium)，並以「逆解法」(backward solution)求得(1)兩國政府政策實施之最適時序-「時序內生之最適出口補貼及研發補貼政策」；(2)兩國政府之最適政策-「政策內生之最適出口補貼及研發補貼政策」。
