Title:	國民中學教師心理學信念及其在教育上的涵義

Abstract:	幾乎每一個教師在師資培育過程中都會學習到如何從心理學的層面去看學生與教有，即使未學過心理學科目的教師在教學時，也多少都會對學生的人性或心理抱持一些假定，但是教師對於人類心理的信念究竟會如何影響其教育的信念及其行動？本研究目的即在探討教師的心理學信念與教師教學信念、教學行為、教育改革態度與學生學習知覺之關係，探索教師心理學信念在教育上的涵義，並嘗試建立研究教師心理學信念的測量工具。本研究原計畫將教師心理學信念分為：「古典心理分析」、「行為主義」、「人本主義」、「認知主義」，四個向度，但經過二次信、效度分析的結果，決定將「人本主義」、「認知主義」合併為「認知與情意主動」心理學信念，將教師教學信念、教學行為均各分為「學生中心」、「互動式」、「教師中心」三個向度。
