    Abstract: 二十世紀末的經營競爭環境則是一個以創新為競爭基礎的時代。創新改變了企業的競爭地位,但另一方面,產業與市場的環境變動也更趨劇烈、更難以預測。環境的快速變動帶來風險與不確定性,廠商不論是為了生存或獲利,均需對環境具備高度的環境回應能耐。環境回應能耐可是為組織協調、運用資源以回應環境不確定性的力量,本研究則以傳統網路理論為出發點,探討組織如何依據資源特性及資源交易特性,運用不同的網路組織類型來進行資源的取得與交換,以形成其環境回應能耐,並依據環境回應能耐選擇回應策略,達成成功回應環境的目的。本研究採個案分析方式,共計訪談七家資訊電腦業及半導體廠商,分析其成功回應之環境不確定事件共計38件,主要研究結論如下:
