    Title: 農耕經營組織方式之選擇－市場競爭或政府管制

    Abstract: 文獻上對於農耕經營組織方式之選擇，所採的分析方式大多為圖形及數理經濟均衡模型，這些文獻只提供了最終情況的想像建構，忽略了實際問題之過程分析。本文改採奧國學派Mises(1966)所強調的邏輯交換學分析方式，從方法論與知識論的觀點對於此一問題重新再檢視。由於行為的主體必定是個人，在自由人所組成的社會中，沒有人能以自己的價值判斷，取代行為人的價值判斷；且任何個人所擁有的知識與訊息，相對於全體社會成員所擁有的知識與訊息的集合體而言，可以說是相當接近於無知的；再加上社會科學所謂的事實與知識具有主觀性。因此，就農耕經營組織方式之選擇而言，本文認為讓農業經營者透過市場競爭過程，選擇對其最有利的農耕經營組織方式是較佳的途徑。 Most of the studies on the choice of agrarian organization were based on equilibrium analysis by economic diagram or mathematical model. They provided only the imaginary constructions of a pure market economy but the process of real problems were ignored. This study adopted the method of logical catallactics to examine the choice of agrarian organization from the viewpoints of methodology and epistemology. Based on the following arguments: firstly, nobody can be in a position to decree what could make other people happier; secondly, the knowledge and information owned by individual are much less than those owned by all members of society as a whole; finally, the characteristics of the facts and knowledge of social science are subjective. This study claimed that it is much better for the farmers to choose the agrarian organization by the market competition instead of the government intervention.
