Title:	醫院醫療服務品質指標認知差距之實證研究

Abstract:	政府自民國八十四年三月推行全民健保以來，現存的醫療院所常抱怨營運越來越艱困；而面對驟增的龐大醫療市場，許多大財團或企業卻虎視耽耽，準備隨時投入興建醫院的行列，可見未來醫療服務生態競爭之激烈。另一方面在全民健保實施後，醫療支付將由論量計酬方式改為前瞻性付費制度來抑制醫療資源的不當耗費，並擬採行診斷關係群(DRGs)制度，作為各項醫療服務的給付標準。醫院在面臨上述多變複雜的環境及嶄新的醫療支付制度，自然需要應用不同於以往的經營哲學。易言之，此刻成功的關鍵要素將是提供高品質的醫療服務，其服務內容則需採行「市場導向」法則，亦即從求醫者的觀點出發，隨時以滿足求醫者需求為目標，以符合求醫者滿意為基準。在此「市場導向」之經營理念下，藉由各種途徑蒐集現今求醫者之需求，再依所得之需求資訊，對其未來可能產生之需求加以臆測及掌控。如此一來便能整合整個醫院的相關人員及資源，提供求醫者最完善的服務。
