Title:	大型企業退休金提撥決策困素之研究

Abstract:	我國於民國八十年十二月發佈財務會計準則公報第十八號「退休金會計處理準則」，經過四年的宣導與緩衝期間，已於八十四年底依上市或公開發行與否分階段實施，但仍引起企業界強烈的反應，尤其關切依此號公報揭露退休金提撥狀況對其財務狀況、營業損益可能產生之影響，因此，本論文之目的即在研究影響企業提撥退休金決策之因素、不同性質的企業所決定之退休基金提撥率是否有差異、不同性質的企業提撥退休金時，所考慮之因素是否有差異，以及退休基金提撥率與財務因素間之關係，以供政府推行退休金提撥政策之參考。
