Abstract:	台灣服務業佔全國GNP早已超過50%，這些服務業中外商幾乎到了無所不在的地步了；而在移轉海外經營經驗的同時，因各國市場結構及法令等差異，導致在享受規模經濟的同時，因應各地差異的回應能力亦為跨國企業不可忽略的能力。因此本論文以跨國服務業之本土化策略為主要研究課題，其中又分別就本土化策略之靜態分析及動態演變來探討。
