Abstract:	本論文主要針對大型百貨業者的商品管理進行實證研究，探討採購作業進行方式與組織經營績效間的關係，與百貨業實施庫存管理與存貨政策的影響變數，最後並發掘百貨業者在實施商品管理自動化時所遭遇的問題。本研究以台北市的5家大型百貨公司為實證對象，希望能提供業者作為提昇商品管理效率的參考，進而為消費者提供更適時、適量的商品，提昇國人生活品質。
