    Abstract: 　　1995年發生彰化四信等金融事件，掀起了極大的金融風暴，使國人目光的焦點集中在存款保險制度與金融機構經營型態。然而台灣地區金融機構經營型態與存款保險制度有密切關係，因此，本文以台灣地區信用合作社為樣本，利用虛擬解釋變數迴歸模型檢定道德危機(Moral Jazard)問題，及利用Probit迴歸模型檢定逆向選擇(Adverse Selection)問題，此外並利用期間模型(Duration Model)分析信用合作社加入中央存款保險制度機率的影響因子對其加入存款保險制度時間先後之影響。
